Communication at the Students Dormitories
The communication network at the students dormitories includes some 3500 sockets installed in most of the dormitories rooms, and enables convenient access to computing resources at the the campus and beyond.
Each student with a computer may connect to the Intrent network using a fast connection and to access central Technion and faculty servers.
Services
In addtion to access to Technion and faculty servers, a student can download the
McAfee anti virus program (free of charge), available here.
Permission to use Technion computing resources -
The use of Technion computing resources is according to the declaration signed during the registration to the dormitories and according to the related Technion regulations (Hebrew).
