Personal Computing Services
Personal computing group supports and consults in many aspects of your PC and its peripheral devices. The group can accompany a purchase of new equipment and install it, set up definitions and resolve problems related to the operating system and the applications it runs.
Anti virus
PCG operates central systems in support of end-users for anti virus protection and distribution of updates and security patches for various systems, including an automatic update system - ePO for updating the McAffe anti virus. The system monitors the software on the end-user computer and updates it with no need for client intervention.
Public Computer Farms
PCG manages public computer farms in the learning center and the dormitories. Among others, it operates a farm for visually impaired at Ulman building and an ordinary PC farm next by, which is used also as a teaching class in computer courses. Please check the class schedule to learn when it closed to the public.
Operating Systems and Applications
The PC group handles a variety of issues concerning operating system, mostly by Microsoft, and distributes policies and regulations for using the operating system and other applications.

- Validation of MS operating systems and Office suite
- Registry encryption with syskey
The group also operates Terminal Services for users with non Microsoft operation systems.
